After the accidental leak, we now officially have the iPad Mini 3 officially announced by Apple. The iPad Mini 3 will come with a 7.9-inch retina display, will run with the same A7 processor as last year’s model, an M7 motion processor, along with the same 5-megapixel iSight camera. The new features include the Touch ID sensor and will first time come with a gold model to match up with iPhones.
The iPad Mini 3 can be pre-ordered starting tomorrow, as the 32GB model scrapped by Apple, so expect to pay out $399 for the 16GB version, $499 for 64GB and $599 for 128GB. Apple expects you to pay an additional $130 for an iPad Mini 3 with LTE support. The iPad mini 3 seems to be very costly for the hardware Apple is offering, and it may drive people to go either for iPhone 6 Plus or maybe, dump the Apple devices.
