The internal email was published on Weibo with the info that the OnePlus 5 is set to launch on June 15. The OnePlus 5 has been teased multiple times confirming the specifications to include the Snapdragon 835 SoC, a 5.5-inch QHD (1440×2560 pixels) display, 64GB built-in storage, which will be expandable via microSD card (up to 128GB), a much superior camera and four colour variants. Also, the OnePlus 5 is expected to sport a vertical dual camera setup at the rear end with a patterned back, a metal edge, and a home Button at the front that mostly will also act as a fingerprint sensor.
The latest announcement from OnePlus also tells that it will discontinue the OnePlus 3T soon. For the Indian market, the company, however, said that the OnePlus 3T (both 64GB and 128GB variants) will continue to be available for purchase in India till end of this year.
