Samsung secretly let the low-end models, Galaxy Young and Galaxy Y Plus go on sale from today on Flipkart. The newly introduced Galaxy Young comes with a 1GHz processor, Android 4.1 a.k.a JellyBean, 4GB of internal storage, a 3.27-inch HVGA TFT display, 3MP camera, Wi Fi, storage expandable via microSD slot to upto 64 GB and a 1300 mAh battery. The Galaxy Young is priced at Rs 8,290 on Flipkart.
The Samsung Galaxy Y Plus comes with a poor 850MHz processor, dual-SIM connectivity, 2.8-inch QVGA display, 4GB of internal storage, 3G, Wi-Fi, a 2MP rear camera, a 1200 mAh battery and microSD card slot for upto 32 GB. The Galaxy Y Plus has been priced at Rs 6,290 on Flipkart. Phonemaya asks, when our Indian Android smartphone manufacturers can offer you some amazing features for the similar price range, then why would you go for such models even today?
